So I made it easily to Albuquerque early Saturday morning to meet my team (hey, I am on a team?!?). We did a Spin Class at Riverpoint Sports.
The class went well. I kept my heart rate where it should go and did just fine. I pushed and pushed. This will be okay. I might go back on late Tuesday night for swimming. Will get me home around midnight, though....
